Müşterilere ait dosya ve belgelerin yönetilmesi ve düzenlenmesi. Belgelerin depolanması ve taşınması süreçlerine destek verilmesi. Kayıtların doğru şekilde tutulmasının, belgelerin uygun şekilde depolanmasının ve arşivlenmesinin sağlanması. Bilgi akışının etkin bir şekilde yürütülmesi için diğer ekiplerle iş birliği yapılması. Dosya ve belgelerin güvenliği ve gizliliği ile ilgili şirket politikalarına uyulması.
