Valoramos la organización, autonomía, capacidad de adaptación, iniciativa y enfoque a resultados. 🎯 Tu misión: Desplegar y coordinar el servicio de asesoramiento nutricional en modelo híbrido (presencial y virtual). Realizar screening y valoración nutricional mediante herramientas digitales (ingesta, IMC, MNA, NRS, MUST), elaborar informes y planes nutricionales individualizados, realizar seguimiento continuado y asegurar la correcta aplicación de protocolos.
