[Apply on IQVIA’s careers site →](https://iqvia.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/IQVIA/job/Taguig-City-Philippines/Sr-Production-Associate_R1556536) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [IQVIA](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/iqvia/) / Sr Production Associate ## Job description ### Job Description Summary ### Essential Functions - Monitors production environment using established tools and performs initial quality control for Italy Production Processes such as Dataview, SQL Analyzer, Sharepoint, Dashboard and Other third party tools - Execute production tasks, Quality audit, Data management and adhoc requests - Responds to job failures/issues and corrects problems/issues when possible according to established procedures - Escalates issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using established call escalation procedures - Takes appropriate action to ensure processes are completed according to schedule provided in the Reference Data Production Schedule - Executes special processing requests as submitted and requests permanent changes to identified problems via action log process - Enters issues into problem management tool with appropriate information for follow-up and permanent resolution - Informs relevant production and user areas of outstanding issues that require further follow-up - Provides training to new/junior associates as required - Acts as a product-specific or procedural subject matter expert for other associates in the absence of Team Lead Qualifications - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related course - Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus. - Good verbal and listening skills. - Demonstrate strong understanding of complex concepts and processes. - Has initiative and is self-motivated to see through until resolution concerns raised by clients. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to guide the work of others within a team environment. - Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters. - Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes.
