## Job description

### Role Purpose

Under direct supervision, conduct research on US managed care industry particularly with health insurance plans and maintain IQVIA Database.

### Principal Accountabilities

Research and create documentation on the profiled data regarding US Managed Care industry. Bridge Medical Claims with IQVIA Payer universe. Perform tasks on a daily basis to satisfy defined production target. Follow quality processes thoroughly on the given standard. Ensure requirements from LO counterparts are being met. Respond to client queries on a timely manner. Perform adhoc data analysis and process documentation. Minimum Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Medical Allied Courses, Business Administration, Information Technology related courses.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

### Additional Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in health insurance is an advantage.
- Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management account is an advantage.
- Preferably with call center experience.
