## Job description

### Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on Linux system administration experience (Oracle Linux /RHEL/CentOS/)

### Strong scripting and programming skills
- Bash, Python, and/or Go

### Experience with automation frameworks
- Puppet, Ansible, Foreman, and/or Katello
- Code repository methodologies utilizing tools such as git.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware) and identity management (Centrify), Windows AD.

### Familiarity with database systems
- Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MySQL Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in a 24/7 operations environment with follow-the-sun support model
- Track record of leading technical projects and managing infrastructure initiatives from design through implementation

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
