## Job description

### Job Overview

Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision in a team that is responsible for product design experience. Problems faced are routine.

### Essential Functions
- Works directly with product teams to receive support requests
- Triages requests, fixes small bugs & submits engineering tickets
- Working knowledge of the support processes and working in a production environment.

### Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience Req
- Advanced English Req
- Basic knowledge of Javascript frameworks Req
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML Pref
