Provides legal advice and counsel within a function, region or country to support the creation, review and negotiation of and non-disclosure and vendor agreements, and supports contracting process from triage to contract metric reports. ### RESPONSAIBILITIES Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of clinical contracts (i.e. primarly non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements and other customer agreements as needed). Ensuring that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies. Monitoring the contract process to assure compliance with the organization’s contractual guidelines for both customers and vendors, including participation in precontract discussions, contract negotiations and contract changes. Track work and obtain appropriate reviews and approvals, adhering to established processes. Participate or coordinate as a legal contract lead in customer or vendor calls to support negotiations of the contracts. Ensure delivery of a final contract in a timely fashion, working independently or as part of a team. Conduct written and/or verbal follow-up with customers and vendors after the delivery of draft or signature-ready contracts. Support LCN triage activities, track team workload and contract metrics. ### REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor Law Degree completed + local bar association active. Qualified to practice law in a global organization Experience of 1-2 years drafting, reviewing and negotiating various type of contracts in English and negotiating deals directly with customers and vendors. Advanced/fluent English skills (this role is part of a Global team) Strong organizational, planning, project and contract management, communication, presentation and influence skills. Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities and meet stablished timelines Possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills necessary to establish quickly credibility and trust throughout the organization. ### Excellent skills using MS Office Suite MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
