Binnen ons Healthcare team helpen we ziekenhuizen om zorgvraag, capaciteit en kwaliteit optimaal te balanceren met behulp van datagedreven inzichten en praktische oplossingen. Jouw rol Als Consultant Capaciteitsmanagement werk je op het snijvlak van data, consultancy en productontwikkeling.

Je ondersteunt ziekenhuizen met analyses en advies én draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve tools en oplossingen. Verantwoordelijkheden Consultancy & Capaciteitsmanagement Uitvoeren van projecten rond capaciteit en zorgprocessen Analyseren van data (planning, doorstroming, bezetting) en identificeren van verbeteringen Adviseren van stakeholders op alle niveaus Vertalen van data naar concrete en actiegerichte inzichten

Brug tussen markt, data en product Vertalen van klantnoden naar productvereisten Meewerken aan productontwikkeling en innovaties Ondersteunen van sales met use cases, demo’s en offertes Methodiek & ontwikkeling Standaardiseren van aanpakken en tools Bijdragen aan schaalbare oplossingen en dashboards Project & change management Begeleiden van verandertrajecten Bewaken van kwaliteit, timing en impact

Profiel Min. 3 jaar relevante ervaring Sterk analytisch, ervaring met complexe datasets Affiniteit met zorg en capaciteitsmanagement Sterke communicatie- en stakeholdervaardigheden Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht Goede kennis van Excel en PowerPoint Zeer goede kennis NL/FR en bereid te reizen binnen België Wat biedt IQVIA?
