This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying top talent to drive business success. ### Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across designated departments to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. ### Intake Leadership Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, set expectations, and align on recruitment timelines and goals. ### Sourcing Strategy Development Design and execute innovative, cost-effective recruiting plans to attract high-quality candidates. ### Job Posting Management Create, publish, and optimize job postings to maximize visibility and attract diverse talent. ### Candidate Engagement Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools to identify and engage passive candidates, promoting IQVIA’s mission and opportunities. ### Screening and Evaluation Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations. ### Diversity and Compliance Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to local and regional compliance standards. ### Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions. ### Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems. ### Team Collaboration Partner with the broader recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. ### Analytics and Reporting Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies. ### Mentorship Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Search team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Proven experience in a Talent Search or Recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization. Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends. Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
