## Job description

BIOAXIS Healthcare, an IQVIA business, the largest company that specializes in the provision of high-quality Patient Education and Care Services, through patient support programs, is seeking for a Patient Support Coordinator. Position Description
- Telephone support, patient service and guidance on matters of hospitalization, medication, disease management, drug administration and other health services
- Scheduling visits and sending medicines and other consumables based on company procedures
- Conduct reminders, patient satisfaction surveys and other outbound calls
- Management of pharmacovigilance reports (adverse events and product complaints in pharmaceutical products)
- Coordination and communication with the other departments of the company
- Data entry in the information system Qualifications required
- Degree of AEI/ATEI/IEK of Health Professionals and related professions
- Previous experience in a relevant field
- Experience in handling information systems, e.g. ERP, CRM
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Native-level proficiency in Greek required Skills / Personality
- Ability to communicate
