In this role, you'll partner with investigative sites and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are executed with excellence, compliance, and a strong focus on patient outcomes. ### What You'll Do Lead and execute site monitoring visits, including selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits, in accordance with GCP/ICH guidelines. Build strong relationships with investigative sites to drive site performance, patient recruitment, and study engagement. Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and high-quality study execution. Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate. Track and manage study progress, including regulatory approvals, enrollment milestones, and data quality metrics. Maintain accurate study documentation and contribute to audit and inspection readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful study delivery and timeline achievement. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 1.5 years of on-site monitoring experience as a Clinical Research Associate. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) required. Experience monitoring studies in CNS, Cardiovascular, Obesity, and/or MASH/NASH therapeutic areas preferred. Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability and willingness to travel as required within Puerto Rico and potentially other locations as needed. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
