Converts data received from the data suppliers into IQVIA standard format as per instructions. Received sales, product, manufacturer, and customer files are processed using the relevant IQVIA applications and procedures to produce the relevant coding for the period. Oversees all quality assurance testing and ensures that all testing is carried out prior to deliverable dispatch. Responsible for timely completion of all QC-related production tasks including the off-cycle reports and other relevant tasks. Conducts various checks to capture any data anomaly prior to the release of client deliverables. Maintains the data quality by analyzing various reports that generate transactions which have potential issues. Performs data checks by analyzing results and trends. Provides impact analysis of identified data corrections. Understands and can effectively communicate routine database processes. Serves as subject resource on relevant production area, answering queries. Reviews problems arising during the process and ensures successful resolution. Communicates actively with other departments/ functions to inform of task status or to resolve problems. Escalates issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using the established call escalation procedures. May provide input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT and implementation. Contributes on identifying process improvement opportunities. Perform functions as directed by the Manager. ### List of required skills for this role Associates degree, diploma, or equivalent - Proficiency in Windows application (Word and Access) - Proficient and knowledgeable in SQL and Excel Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Strong customer focus, attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters - Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes Willing work on flexible schedule and can render OT on the holiday.
