## Job description

### Essential Functions
- Work directly with the Account Management team, internal Leveling team and client to oversee

### Speaker Contracting
- Provide updated contracts/addendums to the HCPs
- Enter speaker trainings, confirm certifications and complete speaker compliance updates
- Provide leveling updates, record and report any issues related to speaker training or contracting to the client
- Assist HCPs with their compliance training updates and completion of online
- Prepare daily reports to be shared with Account Management and Client
- Assist with implementation of any new processes and compliance updates received from the client. Update SOP documents as any and all updates are made.
- Have pristine attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, faculty and vendors

### Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook.
- Knowledgeable in SharePoint encouraged but not required.
- Contract or proposal writing experience required.
- Pharma experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task/plan numerous meetings simultaneously while still demonstrating a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours to meet clients’ business needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced ever changing team environment, while also able to work independently
- Exceptional customer service-oriented skills with a polished, professional presentation
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to problem solve
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
