Partner closely with country distributors, regional commercial leadership, marketing, clinical affairs, regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to identify market access barriers and develop strategies that accelerate adoption, utilization, and sustainable reimbursement across priority Latin American markets.

Develop and execute Latin America's evidence-generation and real-world evidence (RWE) strategy in collaboration with regional and global HEOR teams, including identification, development, and management of data assets that support reimbursement, policy, and adoption objectives. Work extensively with the Global Access, Value & Economics (GAVE) Centers of Excellence and regional leadership to address challenges and opportunities involving ministries of health, HTA agencies, public and private payers, professional societies, policymakers, and major healthcare systems.

Collaborate with distributors and commercial teams to develop market-specific business cases, customer-facing value tools, and economic analyses that support sales efforts and strategic account engagement. Monitor and analyze market access, reimbursement, healthcare policy, and competitive developments across Latin America and translate insights into actionable recommendations for regional and global leadership.

Serve as a trusted advisor to distributors and cross-functional teams, helping shape market access strategies that improve patient access, support health equity, and advance the adoption of Intuitive's technologies throughout the region.
