Functional expertise is key to executing the most optimal plan; however, given the importance of delivering the ideal experience for our customers, this role also owns the operational narrative to executive leaders across multiple Commercial and Operations teams. Translating complex constraints and opportunities into audience-appropriate messaging is crucial to stakeholders ranging from frontline teams to the most senior levels of Intuitive. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver and exceptional communicator who maintains a customer-centric mindset and can move seamlessly between detailed and executive-level business discussions.
