Based in Dublin, this is an exceptional job opportunity with a top-tier asset management company working closely with the business. What you'll be doing Key responsabilities will be: Maintain and enhance the Operational & ICT Risk Management Framework. Coordinate risk self-assessments and support annual operational and ICT risk reviews. Monitor risk appetite, emerging risks, incidents and loss data. Perform risk evaluations, defining controls and mitigation actions. Maintain the risk map, criticalities register and remediation plans. Assess third-party risks, support due diligence and monitoring. Prepare reporting and promote a strong risk culture. Who we are looking for If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: At least - 5 years in Risk, Compliance, Audit or IT Governance - Strong data analysis capabilities and understanding of business processes - Knowledge of operational resilience, ICT risk management, third-party risk and relevant regulatory frameworks including DORA Ability to prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management English is essential; Italian is an advantage Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they have a strong relevant background.
