The mill consists of multiple processes, including paper machine, chip handling, pulping, power, OCC, recovery and effluent treatment. The Facilities FLL is the leader of the maintenance/utilities team and is charged with safety, quality, environmental compliance, employee engagement and hourly team development, while at the same time using a systems based approach to build long-term stability. This position has a team of hourly direct reports and works closely with operational areas, maintenance teams and engineering. A successful candidate will instill safety as a core value and communicate a shared vision for safety.
