## Job description

### JOB PURPOSE
- Develop comprehensive events, promotional and activities plan for Aldar Development to effectively support the launching of new projects and contribute to the success of the entity’s business objectives
- Leverage the downstream marketing implementation and tactics with events that reinforce the achievement of those outputs and monitor results

### ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop short and long-term planning and management of events to build a value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of objectives for Aldar Development
- Understand the business value proposition, competitive advantage and generate events and marketing plans built around specific target segments to ensure driving demand and correct positioning of Aldar Development projects
- Responsible for smooth execution of events including project conceptualization, management, design, budget, and success measurement tools
- Ensure timely and quality execution of all events activities inline with the brand and positioning of Aldar Developments to the desired target audiences
- Administer all phases of the event activities, including but not limited to planning, marketing, servicing, and administrative procedures
- Develop budgets of each project and ensure the implementation plan is shared with all related parties
- Develop, forecast, and monitor events expenses to ensure cost are within the approved budget
- Promote the event through different communication channels i.e., digital media, promotional campaign, etc.
- Work closely with communications team to ensure maximum leverage from media & PR
- Develop methods to evaluate / measure event success i.e., post-event evaluation survey, etc. to ensure high-quality customer experience
- Extend any support needed to other team members
- Promote the division, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure compliance with regulations

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

### RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE

Min of 8+ years of progressive Marketing and Events experience preferably in real estate

### FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

Real-estate, or a relevant sector.

### TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Proven ability to deliver authoritative, knowledgeable leadership to all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
- Confident in applying new technologies and innovate solutions
- Creative problem solving and planning skills
- Adapt to changing conditions
- Ability to prioritize, Hands on and action oriented
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching complex real estate products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Demonstrated advanced communication, motivational and interpersonal skills
- Able to take firm and timely decisions
- Proven values-based leadership and negotiation skills

### QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance, MBA prefereed
