Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Partner with vendors and the global procurement team to obtain, review, and maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation. Perform regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in flavor industry. Determine approval status of raw materials based on review of vendor documentation, current company practices and knowledge of the regulations. Collaborate with R&D, Creative, Quality Assurance, Production and cross-functional teams to address and resolve regulatory issues/tasks. Maintain and update regulatory databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Monitor, interpret, and review global regulatory requirements. Support regulatory initiatives and projects as needed. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance preferably within the flavors, food or chemical industry. Good Knowledge in legal and safety aspects of flavors. Ability to work with defined timelines, priorities and meet demanding deadlines. Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work autonomously. Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills. Multi-tasker who can manage different priorities while maintaining a high level of service. How Would You Stand Out?
