Where You’ll Make a Difference Serve as the Corporate Treasurer of the Company in the Philippines in accordance with applicable corporate laws and SEC regulations. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in accordance with US GAAP and Philippine statutory requirements. Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analyses to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Analyze financial results and provide meaningful variance analysis for management review. Support the preparation of statutory financial statements, management reports, and corporate reporting packages. Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues. Collaborate with Global Business Services and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in financial processes. Support internal and external audits through timely preparation of documentation and responses to audit inquiries. Assist with tax compliance activities and maintain supporting documentation required by local regulations. Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, SOX standards, and company policies. Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, treasury, or corporate finance. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local accounting standards, statutory reporting requirements, taxation, and financial controls. Knowledge of Philippine corporate, tax, and SEC regulations. Proficiency in financial planning, cash management, and treasury operations. Strong understanding of SOX, internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. How Would You Stand Out? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
