Maintain an ongoing relationship with select customers and sales staff. Use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer. Typically requires analysis, judgment, and sensitivity to customer needs, as well as demonstration of high-level product and process knowledge. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting commercial activities, coordinating projects, managing pricing information, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. This is a fixed-term contract position covering a maternity leave absence. You will join a dynamic, collaborative, supportive, and customer-focused team, where teamwork, agility, and continuous improvement are highly valued to deliver outstanding service and business results. Where You'll Make a Difference? As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of coordination between customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. Sales Support & Coordination Coordinate internal activities and ad-hoc requests involving local and regional teams while ensuring compliance with established procedures and best practices. Leverage existing processes and previous project learnings to support account teams efficiently. Coordinate toxicology reviews and ensure timely follow-up of requests. Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple functions and teams. Project Management Lead and coordinate maintenance projects across multiple categories, ensuring timely execution and completion. Maintain and update project information within internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to support successful project outcomes. Manage and maintain portfolios, project overviews, databases, and base files at local and regional levels. Coordinate project-related logistics and administrative activities. Support quotation preparation and price list maintenance activities. Pricing Management Support global and regional teams by collecting, validating, and updating pricing information within internal systems. Prepare quotations and provide pricing support for commercial activities and ongoing projects. Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of pricing data across multiple databases and systems. Communicate price updates to relevant stakeholders and maintain pricing-related documentation. What Makes You the Right Fit? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience working with ERP, CRM, or project management platforms is an advantage. Fluent English communication skills; French is a plus. How Would You Stand Out? You would be particularly successful in this role if you have: Experience supporting international or regional commercial teams. Knowledge of pricing processes, quotation management, and commercial administration. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, problem-solving mindset combined with a strong customer-service orientation.
