Your potential is our inspiration. ### Where You’ll - Make a Difference - Prepare process-based flavor batches according to shop floor instructions and production schedules - Operate spray drying equipment and monitor process conditions Read, collect, and analyze data using lab tools such as pH meters and particle size analyzers - Ensure proper packaging and verify materials against customer orders using ZFIS Perform timely backflushing of materials to maintain accurate inventory records - Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with GMP and HACCP guidelines - Support cross-training initiatives and contribute to team flexibility - Work independently to manage off-shift production and respond to unexpected situations What - Makes You the Right Fit High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a process manufacturing environment Basic math proficiency and ability to follow technical instructions Forklift or industrial truck certification - Strong multitasking and organizational skills - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move heavy materials (e.g., 400 lb. drums) - Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and inventory control practices - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work 2nd, 3rd, or swing shifts, including overtime as needed How Would You Stand Out?
