Support the achievement of business and financial targets. Act as a key link between customers, Account Managers, and internal teams. Manage sample requests, including system entry, packing, and shipping. Generate quotations and provide documentation support. Maintain customer projects, pricing, and system updates. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely customer support. Manage Salesforce and SAP system activities accurately. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently. Support commercial processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. What Makes You the Right Fit? Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Administration. Strong customer service mindset and communication skills. Experience using Salesforce and SAP (required). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Results-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have the right to live and work in Lagos, Nigeria. H ow Would You Stand Out?
