You'll have the opportunity to influence critical business initiatives while helping shape the future of one of the world's most advanced manufacturing and technology environments.

### What You'll Do

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions by: Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to identify challenges, define objectives, and translate business needs into actionable requirements. Driving requirements traceability from concept through deployment and adoption. Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating business testers, and ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Supporting change management, training, deployment readiness, and user adoption activities. Measuring post-implementation success and business outcomes to ensure expected value is realized. Helping manage project scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and process standards. What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business value. A customer-focused mindset and proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
