## Job description

基于公司未来的战略及业务发展需求，通过一线销售实践、渠道执行、专业模块轮岗等途径，3-5年培养成为销售区域主管，5-8年培养成为销售领域专业管理人员。

### 岗位职责
- 执行公司渠道销售政策，完成终端销售与推广任务；
- 负责门店拜访、产品陈列、促销活动落地执行；
- 维护经销商及终端客户关系，协助解决市场问题；
- 收集并反馈市场信息，支持区域销售策略优化；
- 积极参加集团及事业部组织的专业培训项目，深入学习企业文化与业务模式，建立战略级岗位认知体系，按期完成培训结果交付并反馈相关材料。

### 学历要求
- 2027届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 专业不限，市场营销、工商管理、数字化等相关专业优先，英语四级及以上水平；

### 相关实习经历及技能要求
- 具有学生会社团干部经验、基层销售或促销实习经验者优先；具备较强的执行力和沟通协调能力；

### 个人特征要求
- 目标导向、适应性强、乐于竞争、执行力强、务实肯干、沟通主动。
