## Job description
- 完善刑事案件办理和汇报的内部流程。
- 完善案件库和外部专家库，为疑难案件提供解决方案。
- 优化与内部报案单位的沟通和服务机制。
- 对最新出台的法律法规和司法解释，结合公司情况进行分析研判并讨论，提出建议。
- 推动司法案件办理，对出现损害公司利益的涉嫌违法犯罪行为进行打击。
- 对外人员变动信息及时掌握并第一时间走访，根据需求进行盘点，查漏补缺。
- 协助解决公司司法需求，助力生产经营。
- 对部门维权费用严格管控、合理使用。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 法学、法律专业优先。
- 公检法等司法系统或律师相关岗位5年及以上工作经验。
- 熟悉生产、销售等知识，了解刑诉法、经济犯罪涉及罪名等相关内容，具备较强的逻辑能力，数据分析能力及良好的沟通协调能力。
