通过2-3届专业知识赋能、岗位轮动、管理授权、业务实操等方式，快速成长为人力资源领域的COE及HRBP。 1、2027届毕业本科及以上学历； 2、人力资源、工商管理、心理学、英语等相关专业； 3、英语四级（425分以上）； 4、有学生会、社团管理工作经验及组织策划大型活动、带领团队经验优先。
