## Job description
- 负责广东区域内销售渠道的开发与维护，执行公司渠道策略，确保销售目标的达成。
- 定期走访终端市场，监控产品陈列、价格体系及库存状况，优化终端形象并提升产品可见度。
- 协助经销商进行市场推广活动的策划与落地，协调资源支持，提升品牌在区域内的影响力。
- 收集并分析竞品信息、市场动态及消费者反馈，为区域营销策略调整提供数据支持。
- 维护良好的客户关系，处理渠道合作中的日常问题，确保业务流程顺畅及客户满意度。
- 统招本科及以上学历，经济学、工商管理、食品工程或市场营销等相关专业优先。
- 具备2年以上快消品行业渠道销售或市场拓展工作经验，熟悉广东地区市场环境者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、谈判技巧及数据分析能力，能够独立解决业务问题。
- 工作积极主动，抗压能力强，适应短期出差及高频次的线下拜访工作节奏。
- 熟练掌握Office办公软件，具备基本的文档处理及报表制作能力。
