The Opportunity As the Business Development Manager - Physical Security, you will drive growth and market expansion for our physical security and infrastructure portfolio across Morocco. You will work closely with vendors, channel partners, sales teams, and key stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives, uncover new business opportunities, and strengthen market presence. This role is ideal for a business development professional who combines strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and strategic thinking with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead initiatives, and deliver measurable results. The Impact You'll Make Develop and execute business development strategies to accelerate revenue growth and market share within the Physical Security and Infrastructure portfolio. Build and strengthen relationships with key vendors, system integrators, resellers, and channel partners to identify and capture new opportunities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to position solutions and drive successful go-to-market initiatives. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and recommend business actions. Lead strategic projects, pipeline development activities, and partner enablement programs that support sustainable business growth. The Expertise You'll Bring You may be a strong fit for this role if you have: Proven experience in business development, channel sales, vendor management, or account management within the IT, physical security, infrastructure, or technology industry. Demonstrated success developing business strategies, managing partner relationships, and delivering revenue growth objectives. Strong business insight with the ability to analyze market opportunities, influence stakeholders, and translate strategy into action. Experience leading projects, collaborating across functions, and driving results in a dynamic business environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, with fluency in French and/or Arabic and strong business English.
