## Job description

Job Title Area Sales Manager Location Thailand Responsibilities Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in Thailand through direct sales and channel partner development. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across targeted industries and market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including End Users, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and contractors. Manage and grow channel partners through joint business planning, pipeline development, training, and sales support.

Lead customer engagements, conduct regular account visits, and influence project specifications and opportunities. Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure business. Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, training, and after-sales support to customers and partners. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, market intelligence, and management reports.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance market presence. Work closely with Supply Chain, Project Engineering, Sales Support, and Order Fulfilment teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

### Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, business development, or channel management. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business opportunities. Experience managing channel partners and key accounts. Strong understanding of EPC, OEM, and end-user sales processes. Technical sales experience in pumps, process equipment, or industrial solutions preferred.

Strong network of customers in the key industries (e.g. Waste Water, Petrochemical, O&G) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent in Thai and English. Willingness to travel across Thailand.
