Perform financial, regulatory and management reporting for applicable ING entities in accordance with internal global banking policies, procedures, and accounting and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of financial accounting and controls. Responsible for the Dutch Head-Office consolidated Financial and ECB Regulatory Reporting. Take ownership of the quality and reliability of financial reports. Review variance analyses and detailed commentary for balance sheet, income statement, and off-balance sheet. Add value to the Business by raising relevant recommendations. Research and assist in the implementation of new accounting guidance and keep abreast of new accounting guidance impacting reporting. Liaise with other Finance teams, Operations, Front Office, and internal and external auditors.
