## Job description

ING Luxembourg is looking for an HR Operations Intern for a minimum of six months starting in July 2026. Please note that only candidates who can provide a valid internship convention with a university will be considered.

Your Mission Within the “People Services” unit, the HR Operations intern will be entrusted with a variety of operational and administrative tasks related to career management and employee benefits (non-exhaustive list):
- Support the team’s daily activities
- Process and administratively follow up on personnel movements: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, maternity leave, parental leave, special leave
- Manage absences and sick leave
- Ensure personnel files and HR management tools are kept up to date
- Handle communications with various administrative bodies
- Participate in the improvement of HR processes
- Contribute to various HR projects (Examples: improving HR tools and procedures)

### Manage various administrative tasks

drafting and handling correspondence, updating the intranet, writing HR notes, corrective declarations, managing leasing vehicle fines, drafting various HR documents (work certificates, amendments, etc.)

### Your Profile Skills and Behaviours
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong writing skills Well-developed interpersonal skills
