In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives ⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. ⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. ⦁ Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill and Experience - Experience with Financial Management. - Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects. - Proficiency in all the delivered ERP processes and reports and ability to suggest best practices. - Hands-on experience in working on Workday Cloud projects. - Experience in ERP Modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Payables), and Accounting Center. - Proficient in implementing IT/business solution in Workday Cloud building integrations, reports, and customization of business processes utilizing native Workday tools. ### Preferred Skill and Experience - Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a global delivery environment. - Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams. - Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. - Knowledge of agile practices and ability to implement the project in agile mode. ### Additional Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location. - Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
