Provides functional and/or technical support to developer(s), as required. ### Roles and Responsibilities 1. - Develops or validates the final solution - Cooperate with teams to let System analysis / System Design / Development / SIT structure in place limiting the impact on delivery capacity - Drafts the technical analysis based on the functional analysis - Develops programs according to and comply with the expected schedule, cost and quality - Alerts superiors if there are risks can’t meet the schedule, cost and quality - Ensures compliance with and the implementation of norms and standards (rules, standards, etc.) - Develops the functional, possibly technical, macro-solution, if necessary by seeking the required resources - Contributes to the different test and acceptance phases, according to the relevant schedule, and implements the necessary corrections to any defects - Draft the release file and monitor its release - Knows and considers available off-the-shelf program to make ‘create or modify’ decisions. 2. Provides functional and/or technical support to developer(s), as required - Senior programmer can independently handle customer inquiries, data collection, explanations of technical terms, give advice or comments to junior developer(s). - Responds to developers' questions - Have capability to review codes, unit test documents and provides support to developer(s), as required - If necessary, for projects that require several analyses, intervenes in the various activities in close collaboration with all members of the project team - Contributes to suggestions for improvement within his/her activity area Skills /Competencies: Object-Oriented Program (Java,.Net, DB scripting), Crystal Report, MS Office Has enough expertise to grasp the key technical issues of the proposed solutions.
