## Job description

Support, maintain, administer, and enhance the TIBCO 5.x integration platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability across enterprise integrations. The role involves L2/L3 support, incident resolution, platform administration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.

### Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x applications. Administer and troubleshoot TIBCO Administrator environments. Manage and support TIBCO EMS infrastructure and JMS messaging. Perform deployment, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning. Handle incident, problem, and change management activities. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions. Support production releases and platform upgrades.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams. Ensure adherence to SLA and operational governance processes. Mandatory Skills Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x. Hands-on experience with TIBCO Administrator. Expertise in TIBCO EMS. Strong knowledge of JMS messaging patterns. Experience in Unix/Linux environments. Knowledge of XML, XSD, SOAP, REST services. Experience in troubleshooting production issues and performance tuning.

Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices

### Preferred Skills

Exposure to Apache Camel, Quarkus, and Microservices Architecture. Experience with migration from TIBCO to Quarkus Soft Skills Strong client-facing communication skills. Ability to lead support teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Analytical problem-solving mindset. High customer orientation and quality focus. Ability to mentor junior engineers.
