In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities ⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements ⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance ⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications ⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards ⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus ⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders Required Skill and Experience
- EDI analysis, mapping, integrations, and trading partner onboarding.
- Experience with EDI transactions (ANSI X12: 850/855/856/810/820/830/862/997; EDIFACT equivalents).
- Experience in EDI map development using ITXA, Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, or similar tools.
- Build and maintain canonical maps, partner-specific variants, transformations, validations, and lookup/cross‑reference tables.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot EDI envelope structures (ISA/GS/GE/IEA; UNB/UNZ, UNG/UNE) with proper control numbers and compliance rules.

### Preferred Skill and Experience
- Set up and manage partner profiles, routing rules, envelope settings, and communication parameters in integration middleware.
- Facilitate partner working sessions to finalize mapping logic, enveloping standards, acknowledgements (997/CONTRL), and exception-handling flows.
- Drive connectivity and handshake testing (AS2, SFTP, VAN, APIs), including certificate exchange, encryption, and security controls.
- Provide production support for EDI failures, reprocessing, message tracking, acknowledgements, and SLA-driven issue resolution.

### Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
