Feel free to connect with your recruiter to learn more about how this works in practice. ### Roles and Responsibilities Order Management & Delivery: Plan and execute fulfillment and delivery projects for enterprise customers. Oversee order validation, provisioning, and delivery processes. Ensure timely delivery within agreed SLAs and cycle times. Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively. ### Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain strong client relationships and handle correspondence effectively. Provide regular progress reports and maintain accurate documentation. ### Risk & Process Management Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support automation initiatives and process improvements. Track KPIs such as delivery timelines, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction. ### Technical Expertise (Added Advantage) Basic understanding of Routing/Switching and SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela & VMware Velocloud). Knowledge of Cisco & Juniper products and LAN/WAN technologies. Knowledge of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, and protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs). Familiarity with IP services (IPv4/IPv6, VPN, QoS, SNMP) and wireless LAN technologies. ### Required Skills & Experience Minimum 4 yrs of experience required in Order Fulfillment and Order Management Strong understanding of telecom fulfillment and delivery processes. Experience in enterprise customer projects within telecom domain. Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow (preferred), Salesforce and reporting tools. ### Certifications (Preferred) ITIL v4 Prince 2 for project management. CCNA for technical expertise. ADDITIONAL Excellent customer-facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
