## Job description

Lead customer ramp activities as the primary point of coordination across Supply Chain Planning, Commodity Management, Production Management, and Operations. Partner with Project Management, Marketing, Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality teams to develop scalable and resilient production roadmaps. Drive successful execution of critical product ramp-ups and ensure milestone achievement. Translate customer requirements into actionable operational and supply chain plans.

Assess risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity. Develop and standardize ramp readiness reviews, accelerated loading plans, and launch management processes. Champion cross-functional alignment and facilitate informed decision-making through governance and transparency forums. Monitor supply chain readiness, capacity planning, and material availability in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Experience with Kaizen, DMAIC, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
