Draft, negotiate, and manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) throughout their full lifecycle - Prepare, review, and maintain contractual agreements in collaboration with legal experts and business stakeholders - Act as a trusted partner by providing guidance on contract-related topics and supporting the resolution of contractual challenges - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of contractual activities - Drive contract management processes to closure by proactively identifying risks, removing obstacles, and following up on open actions - Utilize document automation solutions and digital platforms to support contract lifecycle management activities - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality You are a collaborative and detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in an international environment, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving contractual topics to successful outcomes. Degree in Law and a strong understanding of legal and contractual concepts (Mandatory) Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and organizational levels Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership of topics from identification through resolution - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with digital tools and document management platforms such as DocuSign Fluency in English and legal terminology; knowledge of German is an advantage We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
