## Job description

Senior Manager Account Management Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Work as Key Account Manager to work out clear customer strategy forthe assigned accounts. Achieve financial targets of revenue, design-win, forecast accuracy,as well as customer satisfaction goal. Provide clear customer insights when develop, execute and optimizeaccount strategies for business growth through strategic sales planningand seamless executions.

With system understanding of customer application to initiate newproduct promotion and work with business development,application/product marketing and engineering teams to incubate NPIprojects. Work across different business units to identify and fulfill crossBUs selling opportunities Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed More than 5 years in electronics or semiconduction company workingexperience.

Familiar with Gird industry and the workflows and working methods oflarge state-owned enterprises. Extensive experience in customer management. Ability to work under pressure and frequently travel. Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills and teamworkspirit. Fluent English and excellent communication skill #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
