Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role ### Digital Transformation Projects - Drive digital transformation projects as a data/business analyst. ### Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams across regions to identify and develop innovative solutions. ### Business Translation & Solutioning - Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and AI solutions, supporting deployment from proof of concept (POC) to business implementation. ### Data & Automation Experience - Gain hands-on experience in data analytics, automation, and digital transformation projects. ### AI-Enabled Solution Design - Learn to translate business requirements into AI-enabled, data-driven solutions for supply chain management. ### Professional Development - Develop practical skills in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed ### Education - On track to attain a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. ### Technical Skills - Experience with data analytics, programming, visualization tools, or AI technologies such as Python, Power BI, SQL, and machine learning. ### Analytical Thinking - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions. ### Work Style - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. ### Communication Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment. ### Preferred intake - Jan 27 - May/ June 27 Contact: Hillary Woo #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
