## Job description

### Process Optimization

Analyze and characterize back-end processes to reduce variance, improve stability, and support production scaling.

### Automation & Innovation

Actively drive and participate in process automation projects to enhance efficiency.

### Quality & Risk Management

Lead investigations into process deviations, customer returns, and crisis management while developing risk mitigation strategies.

### Documentation & Standards

Define and maintain critical process frameworks, including Process Flows, FMEA, OJTI, and OCAP.

### Qualification

Support the release and qualification of new processes, equipment, and second-source packaging materials.

### Education

Bachelor's Degree in Robotic Systems, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

### Experience

Min 0-1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.

### Technical Skills

Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Tableau, or Power BI), Basic programming knowledge (e.g., C/C++ or Python) for embedded systems.
