## Job description

### Operations Support

Assisted production supervisors in daily plant operations and process improvements.

### Lean & Six Sigma

Implemented methodologies to boost productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources.

### Equipment Reliability

Collaborated with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and maintain equipment.

### Process Automation

Contributed to continuous improvement projects using data-driven decision-making.

### Education

Studying Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer/Data Science, or related disciplines.

### Technical Knowledge

Basic understanding of semiconductor technology and electronic components.

### Analytical Skills

Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.

### Data Analysis

Proficient in MS Office and tools like Excel, Minitab, and SPC.

### Data Visualization

Familiarity with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create actionable insights and dashboards. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
