## Job description

Customer Quality Manager Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage the quality related customer complaints with fast response.
- Manage the critical issues that customer focuses
- Manage and coordinate for customer audit / quality visit
- Build and maintain good relationship with customer interfaces in GC Support the quality improvement activity with customers
- Manage customer quality satisfaction Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering At least 5 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry and Customer Quality Management Professional knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, 5why, etc.)
- Solid knowledge and rich experiences of semiconductor processes including Front End, Back End and Test) It is required to have good problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills Self-motivated and ability to work independently and under high stress.

Good spoken / written English is a must. Quality audit experience is preferred. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
