As a Industrial Trainee - Substrate and Detect Engineering in our Quality & Excellence team uncover the root causes behind every single error, drive transformational improvements, and implement forward-thinking solutions to ensure our products exceed the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Support lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard. Support new product releases, Support Production tools releases(PCRB), technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies. Support deviation management fast feedback to production with accurate analysis and conclusion.

Support data compilation and analysis for improvement activities. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Student of Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Physics, or a related Science or Engineering field. Willing and able to complete a 12-month contract period. Last CGPA of 3.00 and above. Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.

Good presentation skills with strong problem-solving skill. Able to perform under a fast paced and challenging environment. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
