Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role ### Agentic AI Development - Design and develop agentic AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms. ### AI Agent Engineering - Build, test, and optimize AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and task execution. ### Systems Integration - Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business workflows to enable real-world use cases. ### Cross-Functional Prototyping - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype innovative AI solutions and validate business value through proof-of-concepts. ### Technology Evaluation - Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve agent performance, reliability, and scalability. ### Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and presentations of developed solutions. ### LLM Application Development - Gain hands-on experience in building applications using LLMs, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms. ### AI Agent Optimization - Develop practical skills in testing, tuning, and improving autonomous AI agents for complex tasks. ### Enterprise Integration Exposure - Learn how to connect AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and workflows. ### Proof-of-Concept Development - Strengthen the ability to prototype, validate, and communicate AI solution value in business settings. ### Emerging AI Knowledge - Gain exposure to current AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices in agentic AI development. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed ### Education - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ### Programming Skills - Strong programming foundations, ideally with experience in Python or similar languages. ### AI/ML Knowledge - Familiarity with LLMs, agent frameworks, or machine learning concepts is an advantage. ### Problem-Solving Ability - Strong analytical thinking with the ability to design practical and scalable solutions. ### Collaboration & Communication - Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly. ### Preferred Intake - Jan 27 – May/June 27 Contact: Hillary Woo #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
