[Apply on Infineon Technologies’s careers site →](https://jobs.infineon.com/careers/job/563808967207684) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Infineon Technologies](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/infineon-technologies/) / Principal Engineer Process Integration_6290 ## Job description Owns the overall project plan of new &/or transferred technology with the Foundry and be the ​expert in Fab Process Technology for BCD and RF technologies. ### Job Description In your new role you will: - Expert in Fab Process Technology for BCD and RF technologies - Owns the overall project plan of new &/or transferred technology with the Foundry - Owns and address technology issues (process weaknesses, instabilities, marginalities), with improvement plans, together with the Foundry - Owns new product introduction and qualification in Foundry. - Lead analysis of in-line process, electrical and product sort data. - Drive integration, yield, quality of new technology into high volume production. - Interface, link, between Infineon internal stakeholders and Foundry technology teams. - The workplace is Guangzhou, and the office is inside a supplier location. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: - Electrical or materials engineering degree. - 8+ years experience in semiconductor process technology. - BCD and RF experiences are pre-requisite. - Automotive experience is preferred. - Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written ### Good organization and communication skills Contact - Sunny.Wang@infineon.cn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
