## Job description

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and collect job descriptions. Assist in campus hiring initiatives, university outreach, and placement activities. Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain candidate data in ATS and HR systems and assist with recruitment reporting and dashboards. Coordinate interviews and stakeholder meetings to enable efficient hiring processes. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of job boards, social media, and networking platforms. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
