Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Bench Measurement Automation: Automate bench measurements using software and AI tools. ### Lab Instrument Integration Work with engineers to connect lab instruments, collect and analyze measurement data, and develop workflows that make testing faster and more repeatable. ### Model Evaluation & Validation Evaluate and validate models and document the result, risk and limitations. ### Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive knowledge sharing through documentation and demos. ### Internship Learning Outcomes Team & Domain Context: Understand the set-up of the EFA team in the semiconductor company. ### Measurement Fundamentals Gain hands-on proficiency with bench instruments (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, analyzers, probes) and measurement fundamentals such as accuracy, resolution, calibration, and uncertainty. ### Automated Data Acquisition Build automated data acquisition pipelines — logging, structuring, and storing measurement data. ### AI in Measurement Context Understand the limitations and validation requirements of AI in a measurement context (correlating automated vs. manual results). ### Failure Analysis Exposure Understand the failure analysis / device characterization workflow. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: E lectrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science. ### ML/DL Fundamentals Solid foundation in machine learning/deep learning fundamentals. ### GenAI & Agentic AI Knowledge Understanding of GenAI/LLMs (prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG) and related tooling; basic agentic AI concepts. ### Electronics Background Understanding of basic circuit components and ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams. ### Learning Mindset & Collaboration Strong learning mindset and ownership: proactive, detail-oriented, able to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
