Work on a broad range of technical challenges, from application requirements for a new product until product validation. Translate customer requirements into product specifications and implementations in the field of power transistors / discrete devices. Create simulation models and use circuit simulation for product behavior understanding. Enable product performance targets. Technical expert and / or leading projects in wafer technology, package and product projects. Enable your expertise in characterization, verification, application test, qualification concepts and package development through individual study and expert quorum learnings. Design and understand layout of discrete devices. Interpret and improve model via dedicated tools or own developed tools. Be the technical sparring partner for the Project Manager or the Project Manager leading the development.
